Whatì Community Details

Whatì (Marten Lake) is a traditional Tlicho community on the shores of Lac La Martre, the third largest lake in the Northwest Territories, renowned for its trout fishing. Extensive marshlands in this area are a haven for birds through the summer, as North American flyways converge here.
