Nahanni Butte Community Details

Nahanni Butte (Tthenaago – "strong rock") is a small Dene community with log houses just south of its namesake. Located at the confluence of the South Nahanni and Liard Rivers, Nahanni Butte is a welcome stop on the final leg of a canoeing or rafting trip in Nahanni National Park Reserve.
