Colville Lake Community Details

This small traditional community is known as K'ahbamitue (Ptarmigan Net) in North Slavey. Located in the Barrenlands north of Great Bear Lake and just above the Arctic Circle, Colville Lake’s economy is based almost exclusively on hunting, fishing and trapping.
